@Alix M I CIRCLED THE AREA WHERE THE ROOF RAFTER IS OF CONCERN. THE REAR CORNER OF THE ROOF HAS APPROVAL TO BE PULLED UP AND THE ROOF DECKING REPLACED. HOWEVER, THE ROOF WOULD NEED TO BE PULLED BACK TO FAR TO LAY BACK DOWN PROPERLY IF WE WERE TO PULL IT BACK FAR ENOUGH TO INSPECT THE ROOF RAFTER.

@Alix M that makes no sense... Grand Design approved the replacement of roof decking and peeling the roof back to inspect the roof rafter already... but, will not approve to replace the roof membrane due to lack of maintenance. We aren't requesting to replace it due to any damages or concerns. We are requesting to replace it due to having to pull it back because of the already approved warranty repairs. I will have the customer call Grand Design to push it further as the repairs won't be completed without a new membrane. If worst comes to worst I can have Matt call down as well. Thank you @Alix M
