@Michelle A @Kaitlyn R Warranty Repair 5: approved for 0.3 hour Job 1: approved for 0.1 hour Job 3: approved for part only @Chris B Here is another one that labor was denied- it looks like the tech attempted to adjust the rollers prior to asking for screen replacement. For them to only approve the part for Job 3 doesn't seem right.

From FR: Good morning,   I have updated this claim on 5/23/25 for .10 for adjusting the rollers as a dealer goodwill which we do not normally pay ,as I  stated installing the patio door is part of dealer prep ,   No more time will be allotted for this claim ,  this is not a diagnostics claim this is a repair claim
