@Alix M THE RECALL 22V-308 IS THE UPDATED RECALL NUMBER 21V-393 WHICH IS FOR THE UNIT. CUST STATED THAT THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORK HE RECEIVED HAD THE PREVIOUS RECALL NUMBER ON IT. i WILL ATTACHE BOTH RECALLS.

The cause and correction talk about the QD, not the regulator. So please update the WO to properly state the recall and what was done and I will resubmit. I could just be confused and chose the wrong code but please update the WO to state regulator and not quick disconnect..
