If the silicone came off with just washing, they won't cover this. Washing is part of the dealer prep. What would you like me to do with this? Thanks. Here are their questions/requests again. There are before and after pictures of where the silicone was on the interior/exterior of the unit. The tech took pictures while she was doing her walk through and then cleaned up the silicone smears as she was going along. The unit has been cleaned since 01-14-2025.I don't know what more they are asking for. I'm sure my tech can tell the difference between road grome and silicone
