I will check with the technician when he is in today for pictures. As for the dates, this was originally on another claim but it was moved to another work order on the 31st of January. I did not realize it put a new date on the work order instead of the original date from the original work order. And we are unsure for labor request as the tire would have to go to a sublet to be unmounted and then remounted as well as getting a new band in the tire and having it sync to the device so that it reads accurately again. I will get with the technician for this as well. He and I were both unsure for labor time

@Alix M The sublet for the tire quoted $10 per tire and we will only need one done along with .50 time for labor for reprogramming the tpms. The part we need is just the rim as the tire is good and the part number I have for that is 140289

the sensor is on the rim. From what we are seeing there is an issue with that sensor and when looking to see if we can just get the band we found that we would have to order a new rim

What we will need prior to authorization: • Under battery power only get a voltage reading at the brass pins of the dock - NO SHORE, NO SOLAR, NO GENERATOR. • Please provide a photo of the back of the Repeater with the serial visible (thank you for the photo of the Display serial!)

If you look at when i stated the work was completed you can see that there was only one sensor replaced and nothing else. we asked for additional time because we did everything in our shop instead of taking it to a sublet. So no, the repeater was not replaced or I would have stated that. Thanks
