@Morgan Z @Bonnie K @Kaitlyn R @michelle g As suspected: Job 2: provide photos. ( Photo showing date stamp and Enerco name required for each quick disconnect replaced on the unit.) Job 3 - Photos of the Solera vendor tag; tag is located on the awning fabric and tube. In an effort to partner with you, (our selling dealer), in servicing our mutual retail customer, Grand Design is advising the unit has been out of service for 20 or more days. If you need any assistance with ensuring unit concerns are addressed in a timely manner, please contact Grand Design Customer Service Team. Case 00782051 I will tell them you don't have photos of either, but this most likely will not be paid. @Chris B

I added that to the claim already- they still requested this. @Morgan Z They also just sent an email: This unit is over 20 days out of service. Pre-auth shows drop off date of 10/24/24 and submission of pre-auth was 2/6/25. Please advise, thank you. Email added to folder- please let me know your response. Thanks.

@Alix M @Chris B Per GD, they need notes stating the installed quick disconnect was NOT a Enerco and notes stating the awning did not have a tag on the fabric or hardware.

Matt Ferkey I stated there were no tags right in the claim line in the correction when I first entered the PA. I can reiterate that to them again if needed, but it is on the claim already.

@Chris B @Matt F @Morgan Z @Kaitlyn R From GD: I cannot approve this without the photos. The recall 910045 clearly states photos are required (enerco/flex tech QD). Also, I need a photo of the awning fabric clearly showing there is no tag and also no ripping on the top of the fabric.

@Alix M Both will be approved within 5 minutes. For what it is worth, the recall states "Photo showing date stamp and Enerco name required for each quick disconnect replaced on unit" We didn't replace it, no picture needed.

I have sent them an email, but I am sure they are the ones that told me to change it. There was no way of me knowing this work was done before hand. If old WO's get uploaded and the work is already done, please include the work completed date so I can put that on the claim. Thanks!
