With this claim we had to pull the replacement fire place off of one of our stock units as the customer had wanted the unit back in a timely manner. When we tried to order the fire place GD stated that a 26" would fit in there but it does not. We do have have a 40" Furrion fire place here and we were wondering if GD would approve us putting that one in there and that new fireplace would be covered under warranty as we have our indoor show coming up and there is a customer interested in the unit with the fireplace. @Morgan Z @Kaitlyn R From GD: I would ask the dealer to file an RA with the Parts department. Provide them with photos of the vendor tags that are on the defective fireplace and request that they ship the correct fireplace out expedited at no additional charge to them in order to have the unit ready for the show.
