@Kaitlyn R @Morgan Z From GD:Please provide clear photos of the vendor stamping on the slider of the quick disconnect. We are unable to go off of the dust plug alone as it can be replaced and other vendors also use a black dust plug, therefore we must verify the vendor on the slider for the safety of our customers. Another example that we have seen is that the quick disconnect had a yellow dust plug and yet was an Enerco quick disconnect, so a photo of the stamping is most important. It seems like they have to ask for this every time, can we please get in the habit of including all required photos right from the start? Thanks!
