REMOVED THE SPEAKER ON THE OUTSIDE- THIS INVOLVED REMOVING THE SILICONE FROM AROUND IT- THEN HAD TO REMOVE THE WALL PANEL-IN ORDER TO DO THIS I ALSO HAD TO REMOVE THE WINDOW RING- HAD TO DRILL A HOLD IN THE FLOOR BEHIND THE WALL PANEL DOWN INTO THE UNDERBELLY THEN RUN IT ACROSS THE UNIT AND HOOK IT UP TO THE WIRES THAT ARE BEHIND THE STEREO- HAD TO ROUTE THE WIRES TIGHTLY TO AVOID TOUCHING ANYTHING-

@Kaitlyn R The response I received back from FR is that they photos provided do not justify 8 hours (what we originally requested) The flat rate for running a new wire is 2 and they approved 3. I added email to the folder. Do you have any other photos to justify 7 hours? Thanks!

@Kaitlyn R Warranty Repair 2 only states that the previous trim was repaired not replaced. Please advise as the approval was for a repair, so claiming a part will be denied.

@Alix M FYI, we just got in another identical trailer with an identical problem. I contacted our rep to hopefully resolve the issue on the production line... Stay tuned - you will see another identical repair coming through...
