@Alix M Hey I did not realize there needs to be a bottom door replacement for the crack inside the refer door, There are photos of it in the folder. It would be .5 for replacement of the door aplus the part which I am currently looking for,

@ANNA F @michelle g Line 2: Hello, I'm a bit confused on this claim. Forest River does not install batteries. keeping the batteries charged is not a warranty item as well as the unit has been retail owned since May the door being cracked appears to be damage.

@Alix M tHE CRACK IN THE DOOR WAS NOT DONE BY CUSTOMER, IT CRACK AFTER ONE USE AND NOW NEED REPLACEMENT. THE BATTERY ISSUE RESOLVED THE RUNNING PROPERLY AFTER CHARGED. THE BATTERY NOT BEING CHARGED PROPERLY WAS FIXED ONCE RECHARGED AND NO FURTHER ISSUE WITH IT. THEY DID NOT KNOW THAT THE BATTERY WAS NOT CHARGED AND THAT IT WOULD CAUSE ISSUE. WE ARE ASKING WARRANTY COVERS THE CRACKED DOOR NOT ANY THING FOR THE BATTERY. iF THEY NEED ANYTHING FURTHER OF EVIDENCE OR WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE CMR FURTHER ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED i CAN LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW AND THEY CAN REACH OUT.
