@Alix M LINE # 3 HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH A SCREEN DOOR, WE DO NOT NEED ANY PARTS. IT WAS THE ENTRY DOOR THAT DID NOT CLOSE/LATCH PROPERLY. THE TECH HAD TO REMOVE TRIMWORK ADD WEDGES BEHIND THE FRAMEWORK ALONG WITH SOME ADJUSTMENT TO LEVEL THE DOOR SO IT WOULD CLOSE/LATCH CORRECTLY.

@ANNA F @Kaitlyn R As suspected from FR: This is the patio door screen correct? That replacement is a part only. Are you saying the screen door does not need replaced??  Did tech adjust the main door or screen door?

Following up on this. Thanks. It is the comment about the screen needing replaced that is confusing them it seems. Just want conformation that I can respond back that it was the main entry door, not the screen door and the screen being ripped is a separate issue.

@Alix M I followed up with the tech, We will need a screen door the screen is ripped and frame is bent. He was able to to fix the patio door with wedges and trimwork.

@Alix M I got with joe today. There was an issue with the lock on the patio door originally. the cmr had already changed the handle on the patio door but it still wasn't locking properly . joe requested that the latch be replaced. once it was replaced, lock is working properly.
