@Alix M I got photos of the label added from the fabric, which once my tech had out he is also recommending the full fabric be replaced as well. I will have him check the pin once he is done with this customer and give you an update on that once he has it .

@Alix M I have also added the photos of the pin. My tech said that there is no room to fit anything between the couch and all. he would have to get on top of the couch and get 4ft down to pin it all the way down and secure it properly. There is not room in between there to fit the proper tool for nailing in there without moving the furniture.

Forest River would not be able to cover this under warranty due to the amount of time the unit has been on your lot. Thank you Line 2: Approved for 1 hour the labor time submitted to Forest River has been reviewed and reduced based on the photos and description provided as well as the most applicable flat rate code. @Alix M I'm not sure what they mean by "the amount of time on our lot? " Are they stating that the repair was because of something on our lot that happened to it? The unit was only dropped off on tuesday 7/30 and has been with the CMR.
