Added email that we received to the folder. 9.12  Part returned from supplier; the sump pump tested good; the part and shipping is denied.  Grand Design will pay labor. if you would like the part returned, please email return label to vcb@granddesignrv.com  or reply to the email sent to you . we hold parts for 7 business days. sm====
