@Kaitlyn R @Jesse K @Morgan Z From the vendor of the toilet: The tech stated there was a gap between the ball seal and the bowl, correct? But I'm not seeing that in any of the pictures that have been provided. Since they saw that without having to take the toilet apart, that should show up in a picture as well I would think. That's also not even an issue I've ever heard of and am not sure how that would be possible without the seal being installed wrong.

Kaitlyn Reinwand from the vendor “I watched the video again, it does not show a gap between the bowl and base nor does it show the toilet leaking between the bowl and base. It clearly shows the leak coming from the base only. Yes, the toilet is also not holding water, but that still doesn't require replacing the whole toilet. At most they would just need the ball seal and the flange seal.”

@Alix M I was just speaking with the technician on this unit. I was informed there is another work order that will need to be submitted and I am working on that right now. For the bunk we are asking for 7 hours of labor to replace the paneling, insert new supports for the bunk as the plastic ones from the manufacture did not hold the weight being put on the bunk, there will need to be a piano hinge installed to hold the weight of customers son(about 220lbs), new styles will need to be put in to support the bunk. The jackknife sofa is on the work order I am getting ready to submit for this customer and I will have that to you soon along with pictures of the bunk room for this work order
