@Alix M the tsb I had found for the refer does not have to do to with anything on ice build up. It has to do with the condenser not working properly. I have also added the video requested as it is too large to add into out system. Moving to information corrected.

@ANNA F @michelle g From FR: Hello, what happens with the TSB is the air from the freezer box isnt getting to the refrigerator box so it is causing the freezer/compressor to freeze up/frost. does tech not feel that pertains to the issue that is being described? the freezer setting should be on 1 and the refrigerator on 4

The technician said it has nothing to do with this the compressor does not even kick in. The fault code is a red light that blinks 3 times and we have no access to a manual for this model.

@Alix M when the unit came in, there was also an awning issue he asked us to look into. I got it on the work order with notes from the tech, waiting for parts to get back to me on which idler head qis needed. But the repair labor is 2.0. moving back to pre auth
