@ANNA F @Kaitlyn R @Bonnie K From FR: Line 1: Hello, being that these panels touch exterior walls they are vacuum bonded and cannot be replaced, they would need to be overlaid with new panels. Can the tech do that? line 2: Hello, with this section being a bit more minor has the tech tried to loosen the frame and use 3M spray adhesive to add glue and smooth out and re-install the window frame rather than replace the panels?

@Alix M I WAS ABLE TO GET WITH MY SHOP FOREMAN ON THIS, HE SAID: LINE 1: YES WE CAN OVERLAY WITH NEW PANELS, WE WOULD NEED TO DO ABOVE THE SLIDE AND BOTH SIDES. LINE # 2 THE TECH DID TRY THIS AND SHE COULD NOT GET IT TO LAY FLAT.
