@ANNA F @Bonnie K @michelle g Line 2: please provide video of issue with serial number and manufacture. I understand, the vendor will ask for a video and the serial number. more than likely they will ask for the cover to come off, but we can cross the bridge if needed. @Alix M Per my technician, we would have to run water over the roof mount to get a video of the leak. Running the water like this it has to go through the roofing materials, boards, OSB, insulation, etc. BEFORE it starts leaking in the unit. We will NOT be doing this to the customer's unit for a video, causing more damage than needed. Per the pictures you can clearly see it is cracked. We have temporarily sealed the crack to prevent more damage for the customer as we have had rain almost everyday here in Wisconsin Rapids. We will get pictures when we replace the roof mount as it needs to be replaced.

@ANNA F Sorry- they are asking for video of the loud fridge, not the mount. The mount was approved for 0.3 hour only, requested 1 hour. You are only looking for diagnostic time on the fridge since there was NPF, so how would you like me to respond to GD. Thanks!

We did not take a video of the noise because it was a normal refer sound, however it was amplified by the slide walls. We did put some felt pads behind it which lessened the amplification but did not totally remove the noise.

Also for the mount we will need at least 1 hr, we need to remove all the sealant, remove the mount, clean and prep the surface replace the mount and reseal.
