We did further testing to see what the issue was with the lights. The customer stated it was the rear awning/ramp lights that were blowing the fuse for the main lights(kitchen, bedroom, rear lights) but we were unable to replicate this when hooking the unit up to power. what we had found is that it is the side clearance lights do not work. Would we need to make a different line to get those red clearance lights replaced or would we be able to use the same line for the replacement of the red clearance lights?

We will need to do diagnostics on the light to see what the cause is because the clearance light wasn't directly related to the issue at hand. We were just wondering if it could be placed on the same line with the rear lights or have a seperate line made and if the diagnostics fee would be covered

Please send me the new 3 C's and I will add it to the current line. I am confused because you said you stated you couldn't replicate the issue and that it was the clearance lights not working, but you last comment states the rear lights are still an issue. Once I get all the correct 3C's I will get it taken care of.

There is no issue with the rear lights. I was just stating that we had found that the clearance lights were not working when trying to replicate the issue with the rear lights. There was no indication that the rear lights were causing a fuse to blow as all lights on the unit were on and stayed on except for the red clearance lights that did not turn on at all. We would have to do some diagnostics for the clearance lights as they were not listed in the first complaint. We need to know if the diagnostics fee would be covered by warranty

@Alix M In regards to Warranty Repair 2, we have found that we are going to need an additional 8 hours of labor added onto this repair in order to get it done properly. I will copy the tech notes into this comment so we can justify this and there will be pictures added to the folder for this as well. Needs a new strip? The door frame cover? It's called a door casing. Can't find a part number for it through GD website, have to send in a parts inquiry, black plastic casing. Measures 3" x 78-1/4" After careful consideration of previous work done in an attempt to repair doorjam, we should replace wood stud on DS of doorjam. This piece was modified in previous repair to make casing stay in place. Because the wood stud was not straight and flush it caused the door casing to constantly pop off, stud is twisted and also gorilla glue was used on previous casing, glue can not be removed for new casing to sit flush. We will need to remove and reinstall the two pieces of header trim on the door, pop out the inside panelling to gain better access to the stud, removed the stud in the door frame and then instal a new stud that is straight and flush with the frame so the repair can be done properly. let me know what GD says and if we need to break this off into a different work order. Thank you
