@Alix M TECHNICIAN DID TRY TO LUBRICATE WINDOW, AND WAS ABLE TO GET IT CLOSED BUT THEN IT BECAME STUCK AND WOULD NOT OPEN AGAIN EVEN AFTER LUBING.

@Alix M THE RESEAL DID NOT WORK DUE TO THE SLIGHT BOW IN THE WINDOW THAT THE TECHNICIAN ORIGINALLY IDENTIFIED. THERE WAS ALSO A GAP ON THE INTERIOR BETWEEN THE FRAME AND THE WINDOW.
