@Alix M TRYING TO GET COVERAGE FOR WARR01. THIS WAS HERE JULY 9TH AND ALL WORK WAS (OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN) COMPLETED ON JULY 14TH. THE CUSTOMER ASKED WE DO A SECOND "SHOW THRU" THIS MORNING 8/18/26 AND WE DID AND FOUND THE WATER PUMP ISSUE WAS NEVER ACTUALLY TAKEN CARE OF, SO THAT GOT REPAIRED THIS MORNING.

@Destinee M Please provide photos of the water pump. Dealers must submit pictures of the following: 1. The water pump itself 2. The defect if possible 3. The label showing the model & serial number and MFG date Also- flat rate for this is only 0.5 hour. I can push for more time for diagnosis, but 1.5 hours is excessive.
