@Alix M THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION WITH THIS ONE. WE HAD PICTURE WITH THIS WORK ORDER ON A DIFFERENT WORK ORDER SO WE ALL THOUGHT IT WAS A DUPLICATE BUT THE NUMBER WAS 10572B AND THIS IS 10527B. SO BECAUSE OF THIS WE THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS APPROVED AND WAS NEVER SENT IN.

@Bonnie K Was the work on this done? GD has denied this with these notes, so let me know if I have to go back and ask them to re-open this. Denied- Per the Policy and Procedures Manual 8.1 Claim Submission When warranty repairs are completed, the authorized service center should submit a claim to the Grand Design RV Warranty Department for payment purposes through the Dealer Portal. Note: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of repair completion to be eligible for payment.
