@Alix M THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION WITH THIS ONE. WE HAD PICTURE WITH THIS WORK ORDER ON A DIFFERENT WORK ORDER SO WE ALL THOUGHT IT WAS A DUPLICATE BUT THE NUMBER WAS 10572B AND THIS IS 10527B. SO BECAUSE OF THIS WE THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS APPROVED AND WAS NEVER SENT IN.

@Bonnie K Was the work on this done? GD has denied this with these notes, so let me know if I have to go back and ask them to re-open this. Denied- Per the Policy and Procedures Manual 8.1 Claim Submission When warranty repairs are completed, the authorized service center should submit a claim to the Grand Design RV Warranty Department for payment purposes through the Dealer Portal. Note: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of repair completion to be eligible for payment.

FINANCIAL/PROCESS ISSUE: Each of nine jobs was billed 0.50 hour at $115 = $57.50 per job, $517.50 warranty labor total, no parts or extras. The technician's narrative time requests add to 1.70 hours, versus 4.50 hours billed (2.80-hour difference), which requires checking actual technician times and Grand Design's minimum labor policy; it is NOT proof of overbilling or payable recovery. No verified OEM denied dollar amount, remittance, GL writeoff or present collectible balance is included in this source packet. WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED: timestamp the actual completion of EACH repair; submit eligible RO lines within the operative contract's deadline; escalate for approval/exception before day 30; retain initial and completed repair photographs for every job; reconcile labor requested vs billed and any minimums; obtain original PA, OEM denial and accounting records. For Wisconsin, §218.164 became effective Oct 1, 2024, after this July RO; its possible application to later submission must be assessed by event dates and actual legal/contract terms, not assumed retroactive.
