@Crystal K I saw on FR they are asking for something else to be done. ** FR states "per the photos i would like the tech to R/R THE EXTERIOR FASIA AND CORNER BLOCKS TO CURRENT ONES THE FLAT RATE IS 3 HOURS PLEASE CONFIRM THESE REPAIRS SO I CAN AUTHORIZE CLAIM ??" Getting back to my tech to proceed. Moving folder back to more information needed.

@ANNA F @michelle g I see this folder moved to information corrected with no confirmation on what was requested. I am assuming to acknowledge the change for 3 hours? The new WO uploaded does not show any changes to confirm. Please advise, so I can get this processed. Thank you!
