@Bonnie K GD feedback: vendor approval -return part must be sent back within 90 days are claim will be denied ***An advance replacement will be shipped on the reference number US0420242221401.Please have the defective tv shipped back using the return label included in the box.If you do not receive a return label, please reach out so we can provide one.

@Alix M It was sent back to TLC but we failed to make a copy of the shipping label. That was sent back in the beginning or middle of May.
