@Alix M @Crystal K, I added line # 12 to this WO for pre auth. GD has been in talks with the customer and I have talked to them as well. When submitting in the notes we are to put that it is case # 633106 and is being handled by Janet in Customer relations. @ANNA F I am confirming you are meaning Line 2 (15) on page 4- which you've added updated info with new WO- This line has been entered and approved for 2 hours- Are you needing more time for this repair? If so I can email Grand Design with the new updates and labor time. Line 4 on on the new WO page 5 looks to be a new line- I can add this line but will need labor time to have it processed. @Crystal K My apologies, it is line WARR12 starting on PG 5, I uploaded the updated WO. I have been in telephone contact with GD on this one with the customer in my office. The customer called GD themselves, then GD reached out to us for pics and diag. I spoke to my tech at the end of the day meeting yesterday and he suggests that if approved, for the underbelly that this unit go back to GD to be repaired. I will reach out to GD today for follow up and update you once I get a better answer. In case nobody has told you lately, YOU ROCK!! And I appreciate you!!
