@ANNA F This is approved in FR, but the labor times approved are for a lot less than what is on the work order. Did you want to contact FR to get this corrected or would you like us to reach out to them? For example, the first two lines state "1 hour to repair" and "1.5 hours to repair" but they are only requested and approved in FR for 0.5 hour, most of the lines have this issue. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you!

@Alix M UNFORTUNATELY THESE ARE OLD RO'S THAT WERE NEVER SUBMITTED FOR PRE AUTH, THE WORK WAS JUST DONE AND NOW I AM TRYING TO CLEAN THEM UP. WE WILL HAVE TO GO WITH WHAT THE MFG APPROVED. I HAVE FOUND A BUNCH OF THESE OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS. AS I SUBMIT THEM I WILL MAKE NOTE OF IT.
