When I went out to the unit to get better pictures of the floor damage I realized the slide out would have to be out and without it being in correct timing I cannot get pictures until it is brought into the shop

the schwin tech system was discovered when we were looking into the slide floor more. the schwintek is part of the reason why the slide floor is bad because there is a gap between the schwintek and slide floor itself

11.5 hours is not enough time for both repairs. The 3 Hours for the schwintek is fine but we would need at minimum of 14 hours for the slide floor. It is a bedroom slide and we will have to remove and then install the bed. That needs to be factored in because R&I is a part of the repair process and it gets skipped over when manufacturers come back with labor times

@Alix M WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO ASK FOR MORE TIME ON WARR04 BECAUSE THE BOLTS TO ADJUST THE SLIDE ARE AT THE MAX CAPACITY AND WE WILL WILL NEED TO MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTS BY ADJUSTING THE CROSSBAR INSTEAD. @Morgan Z From FR: Claim was authorized based on the expired claim. A new claim will need to be submitted showing the before and after photos of the adjustments made of the white factory settings along with measurements of the slide openings on each side of the slide after the adjustment was made.
