Brought unit in. Filled one 20Ib Ip tank. Placed battery box on unit after drilling drain holes. Placed battery on. Went inside after plugging into shore power and connecting city watwr. Ran awning in 2 o and out to be in good condition. Turned on Ip. Range lights work and range lights on Ip. Ac unit works.ran [7¥3 fan ans light works. All interior lights work. City water works to all water points. Water heatwr works on city. rl H All windows open and close as they should. Blinds work. All cabinets and drawers open and close. No Za scratches on wood of cabinets. Furniture in good condition besides bedroom cover. Connected test tv to = 3 booster and tested. Picture and should come through on tv. Went to roof and found small voids as well as =a around the outside of the unit. Furance works on Ip. Ran flood test on black tank. Sensors working properly 2 g showing tank levels. Ran Ip test. Starting pressure was 13iwc. 50% test with furance and water heater at Is) 12iwc. Lock up at 13.5iwe. Ran leak test at 8iwc for 5mins. Unit passed leak test. Torqued lugnuts to Z 110ftlbs. Aired tires to 65psi. Checked all clearnace and break lights to be working. Checked all breaks and 2 ebreaks to be working after jacking up both sides of unit and testing breaks. Checked for leaks at range < after Ip test. No leaks found. Placed cover baxk on ran. Filled fresh tank up to 1/3 to test watwr pump. = Pump works at all water points and water heater works off pump. Stablizer jacks work. Entry door opens = and closes properly no drag on door. Checked entry door handle to lock properly and deadbolt to be = working properly. Checked compartment door to lock properly and open properly. Nose lights remote = works. Remote for awning lights work. Lp stickers added to tank. Company decals added to unit. Unit — shore cord works. Gate valves work properly holding water and waste back unit pulled —

During pdi noticed a damaged piece of wood from a leak. Ran water on front cap of unit 3 ® during pdi. After running water went and saw multiple voids on front cap. See job seal voids. Voids on front o 8 cap lined up to were water was coming in and hitting table top on unit. Water running from nose cap in = = through panel went and hit table top by bed causing water damage.
