During the PDI a test of the furnace found the furnace would not light Had already tested the cooktop with proper flame all three burners going Had already tested the water heater at all hot water outlets water heater worked correctly When turning the furnace on the fan would come on you could hear the attempt of the furnace to light however it would never light. It would go through three cycles and then turn off. Immediately I checked the gas line which is a flexible line to ensure that there were no kinks in the gas line for the furnace, tracing it off of the side of the furnace, looping around behind the water heater back below the furnace and through the floor no kinks were located got underneath the unit checked underneath the unit to ensure that this line was not kinked to the block that splits from the main line to all appliances no *73911-1* Page 1 of 3 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems kinks were found Promised Date: 21 SEP 26 W/O: 73911-1 Was able to remove the access panel, taking two screws off, reaching inside and able to reach and locate the reset switch. Reset switch was turned off, then turned back on and the furnace was recycled again. The furnace failed to light again. The unit had been checked for operating pressure which is at 11 inches on the water column. It did pass a drop test at eight on the water column for more than three minutes. In order to test the furnace further it will have to be removed from the compartment that it is being housed in the exhaust vent. Will have to be removed from the outside. Four pieces of ductwork will have to be removed from the side of the furnace with very limited access to on each side will have to be removed and pushed out of the way The gas line will have to be disconnected The mounting bracket screws removed, and the furnace slid out of the compartment, taken into bench for testing, and circuit board testing to determine the cause of the failure to light The fan does come on and turn off once the cause for the failure TO light is determined the furnace will have to be repaired than reinstalled following all the steps that it took to remove the furnace, putting it back *73911-1* in place reconnecting the gas line then one at a time from front to back reconnecting the flexible vent hoses to the side of the unit reattaching the mounting bracket screws, reinstalling the exhaust vent and then testing the unit again well reinstalled and repaired to ensure that it is operating correctly inside the coach Time requested for removal, testing and reinstallation and retesting in the coach one and a half hours

Bring me PDI was found the front window blind would not stay up The tension strings were extremely loose In order to adjust the tension strings, the base plate had to be removed taking three screws out to gain access to the underside of the base plate Plastic strip had to be pulled from the base plate to get access to the actual strings Untied the knot at the tension string spring, took the slack out of the tension, strings re-tied the knot held the bass plate and place move the blinds up and down to ensure proper tension. The blind will now stay up. Replace the plastic strip and the base plate put the base plate back in place Resecured it with the three screws. Requesting 20 minutes
