Both vents had hail damaged. In order to replace the covers, the interior garnish screen, the actual crank had to be unscrewed, giving it the flexibility to remove the broken vent covers. Removed both broken vent covers and reattached the new vent covers, the cranks to both of the vent covers and then replaced the screen and garnish on both. Checked for proper operation. The vent covers are operating correctly. The work is now complete.

Customer states the outlets stopped working in the unit. Used a tester, plugged into the first outlet inside the entry door found there was no power. Went to the GFI plug. The GFI plug was tripped.
