Found the entry door was dragging, not latching completely. The door would pop open during transport. Removed the striker plate by taking the two screws out, completely flattened the striker plate. Reinstalled the striker plate back in place with flathead screws. Checked the operation of the door the door now latches solidly, and is not dragging on the striker plate any longer. The blind at rear of unit was reported it would not stay up. Checked the blind, found the tention strings were extremely loose allowing the blind to pull away from the wall and considerable distance. See attached photo. Adjusted the tension strings where the blind will open and close correctly and stay up. Job is complete. Requesting .20

Customer states water has been seen coming from the bathroom into the main body of the room. Took the access panel off from the base of the shower, examined underneath the shower no evidence of water was found under the shower. The shower does have a cloth shower curtain and it is possible for water to come out while showering. There is some gapping between the shower wall and the shower floor. White silicone was used all the way around the base of the shower in the shower wall to seal it Job is now complete. Requesting .30

Found the screw for the compartment door thumb latch had fallen out from the back of the thumb latch and fallen off. Reinstalled the back of the thumb latch and screw.
