Need to adjust strike plate in order to allow deadbolt to go into lock position. Requesting .30 mins for repair and adjustment. Found the entry door for the coach will not close unless excessive forces used to get it to close. It is dragging severely on the striker plate. Striker plate has been flattened out already and flathead screws installed and it is still dragging on the striker plate. In order to properly adjust the door the entire striker plate side of the door will have to be taken loose and shifted towards the rear until the door seats properly and is not dragging. Removed the plastic trim on the striker plate side of the door taking the screw out on the top that was holding in place under the drip rail, removed the trim completely, removed the grab handle from the side of the unit taking the covers off, removed the four screws setting the grab handle aside. Removed the metal trim on the inside of the door taking out approximately 10 screws. Removed all the screws from the door frame on the striker side, used a prybar loosened the door jam completely from the side of the unit. Moved the door jam over to where it was nearly touching the stud. Began testing the door at that time to see if it was going to open and close properly. Found that it was no longer dragging on the striker plate, it was no longer hanging up and closing properly and closing easily. Tested the deadbolt found that the deadbolt wouldn't close completely got a MARTINO, MELISSA ANN Customer #: 60727 marker marked the inside of the striker plate area for the deadbolt, used a drillbit, drilled it out until the deadbolt would operate correctly and close correctly. Reinstalled all the screws on the door jam side, reinstall the metal plate on the inside of the unit, reinstalled the plastic trim. Since the door jam was moved, the grab handle was reinstalled and it was reinstalled with slightly different screw holes prior to the installation. The old screw holes were silicone to ensure no leaking. New butal tape was applied to the backside of the grab handles and then the grab handle was reinstalled. It was tested for its functionality and it is working correctly. The door was checked again for proper operation and ease of opening and closing and deadbolt operation after everything was reinstalled. The door is now operating correctly. The job is now complete. Water heater will not start and gives eu code. Upon inspection found brown wire to the lp regulator is disconnected from the spade connector. Need to repair brown wire before we go further. Requesting 15 mins for wire repair. Once wire was repaired the unit was charged over night resulting in the water heater to function normally no more eu or e1 error code. With the unit plugged into shore power hooked up city water turned on the propane, ran the hot water heater hooked up to shore power operated correctly. Disconnected the shore power, allowed unit to set for a few minutes. Turned the hot water back on. Water heater operated correctly. EU code on the water heater controller is low voltage when on battery power only. Need to make sure customers know to have their battery disconnect turned on, their inverter, turned on that way full power is going through the batteries and to the water heater and control controller job complete. Upon testing it seems the unit has to be exactly level for the sensors to read accurately. Each tank was tested individually, and I did run into the same issue when the unit was not level it was not reading how it should. It said I had 1/3 when it was actually empty therefore that tells me if the unit was more out of level it would be exactly how customer described. Leveled the unit from front to back. Checked the control board it showed empty. Filled the fresh tank through the gravity fill, monitored the fill panel as it went up to 1/3, 2/3 then two full. Removeed the drain plug watched the monitor panel as the tank drained going from full to 2/3, to 1/3 to empty. Verified the tank was empty. The sensors are working correctly. Informed customers to make sure unit is level before expecting accurate tank readings. The job is now complete.

Removed screw that is poking thru from the pantry and re-install with shorter screw so it doesnt poke thru wall and scratch door. Had to remove the top trim pieces from the pocket door, disconnect the latches for the roller and set the door aside. Looked inside the wall, found a screw sticking all the way through the wall into the compartment for the pocket door from inside the pantry. Located the specific screw that was sticking through. Removed the screw cut the end of the screw off and put screw back in place. Screw is no longer sticking through the wall to cause further damage to the door. Reattached the door back to the upper rail, locking it in place, put the trim piece back in. Request 1.0 Door is damaged beyond repair and will need to be replaced measurements of the door 30 inches wide 71 inches tall. In order to replace the door, the top trim will have to be removed, the door unhooked from the *60727* rollers, all hardware removed from the damaged door and installed on the new door. New door hung back in place, reattach to the rollers and the trim piece put back in. Total time requested 1.0 = Total time requested 2.0

Freezer is very cold and seems to work as it should, fridge is about 67 degrees on coldest *60727* setting. Set the knob to colder setting (lowest setting) on freezer control knob and the fridge cooled down right away. I left the unit on 12 V power only to run for more than a day and a half. Looked at the settings freezer setting was on colder, not optimal and not on coldest, put refrigerator setting on five after this amount of time of operating with no food in it. The refrigerators internal temperature was 38 which is operating correctly. No further issues found with the refrigerator on the current settings. Job is complete. Request .50

Need to go around all cabinet doors and either cut away sharp edges of cabinet trim or file down. Requesting 10 mins for each door there is 4 doors that need repair. Requesting a total of .40 *73801* Checked the upper cabinet doors above the cooktop. The plastic edges on the top and the bottom felt rough, not necessarily sharp, but rough. Used a fine file and smoothed off all the edges on the outside and inside top and bottom of all four cabinet doors double checked to see how they felt. They felt much more smooth and not rough. The job is now complete.
