Had the unit plugged into shore power Battery had already been changed from a flooded battery to AGM Solar controller had been changed for the correct battery incoming voltage and voltage to the battery were both correct Went to the thermostat I could It was reading a temperature showing that it was on low cool Attempted a reset on the thermostat itself by holding down the up and down arrows for five seconds or until *59582* the screen started flashing after five seconds the screen was not flashing. Nothing had changed on the thermostat Did a whole hard reset on the entire unit by unplugging shore power disconnecting the battery disconnecting the solar turning off all breakers inside and removing the 15 amp fuse for the air conditioner Let the unit set in the state for five minutes, then began reconnecting all the components starting with the solar than the battery then short power turning on all breakers replacing the 15 amp fuse then waiting an additional five minutes there was no change on the thermostat it would not reset. It would not do any functions with system mode, attempted to reset again on the thermostat by holding down the up and down arrow simultaneously no flashing on the screen occurred no changes to the thermostat. Remove the cover inside in the kitchen and bedroom air conditioners got the air conditioner tester and a temperature tester and tested the air conditioners themselves the kitchen air conditioner at 118 V on fan high 2.84 A when turning the compressor on it was 115 V and 13.82 A the Delta temperature difference 84 ambient temperature inside 54 output air. Did the same test for the front air conditioner in the front bedroom on fan high is 118 V 2.81 A when the compressor was turned on 116 V 12.63 A delta temperature difference 90.4 ambient temperature inside the unit to 54 clearly showing both the air conditioners are operating correctly. Recommendation replacing the thermostat. The thermostat is a thermostat that controls both air conditioners and the furnace. I explained to him about doing the hard reset with a full power shut down he wanted to know if I had access to the control box inside the air conditioner. I did explain to him that Id already had that pulled down and I gave him the model number for the control box. He asked me to use jumper wires between the communication lines from the control box to the thermostat when I connected the jumper wire between the control box and the thermostat on the purple and black wire immediately the thermostat began working both air conditioners turned on then Eric had me removed the jumper wire for the black between the control box and the thermostat. Wait for a period of time. The thermostat then switched into the same mode that it was before starting with losing the zones and then the air conditioners turning off, reconnected the black wire disconnected. I was able to run the furnace the furnace good operate correctly. The air conditioners are working correctly. *59582* You can change the temperature between zone one and zone two on how much air you want between the two air conditioners and then reattached the thermostat to the wall, reattach the wall panel, reattach the bat strip in the outside corner, used putty, stick, and put the new staple holes and some of the old staple holes that were visible.
