During the PDI running water through the rear bathroom toilet found that there was water on the floor at the back of the toilet could see water running down the backside of the bowl further examination found water coming out of the top of the vacuum breaker and leaking down onto the floor Recommend replacement of the vacuum breaker would request 30 minutes

During the PDI the LP test was conducted lock on pressure lock off pressure operating pressure. Were all correct within range drop test at the two minute. Mark would drop 1 inch on the water column to 7 x 3 minutes. It was just below seven turned everything off turned everything back on restarted the drop test the exact same thing happened again made sure everything was off double checked the water heater the furnace and the stove, both the cooktop and the oven made sure all of them were turned off, started the drop test again by the two minute mark the exact same thing happened again. Turn the propane on full pressure started at the tanks work my way from the top of the tanks through the pigtails through my test block the main LP line follow the LP line all the way through the entire frame all connections testing every single connection from front to back found no leaks went inside. Removed an access panel to gain access to the backside of the water heater tested the connection at the water heater with the soap no leaks detected, tested the backside of the furnace no leaks detected however, access to the backside of these stove would require extensive removal and un screwing to get to the actual connection which was not done. *1000* Remove the test block, reconnected the main propane line to the tanks went back inside turned on the cooktop with the top burners turned on the oven and let them run for an extended period of time turned on the furnace to the highest temperature setting on the thermostat, let it run for an extended period of time turned on the water heater with city water hooked up and ran the water heater again for an extended period of time, one by one turned to each of the appliances back off, starting with the oven and the cooktop then the furnace then the water heater turned the water off, went back reconnected the test block to the propane system connected on the manometer retested the entire system for lock on lock off and operating pressure. They were all correct and within proper ranges conducted another drop test. There was no change at eight on the water column at three minutes. I continued to drop test to five minutes and there was no change. It held eight on the water column for a total of five minutes. What was found is leak through on the appliances that was causing a fail. Drop test the appliances. Needed to be run for an extended period of time. Allowing the seals and seats to properly activate and works properly. REQUESTING 1.50
