Remove panel wall panel and batten strip, linoleum can be cut allowing it to lie flat. Put adhesive along the edge in order to hold it in place. Additional Note : stephanie@dealer- advisors.com, 2026-07-10 11:14:37 :: Remove the baseboard batten strip, pressing on the base of the wall, found that the wall connecting the laundry room to the upper front bedroom was not attached to the floor. Therefore, the flexing in the wall allowed the bat and the wall panel to hook the edge of the linoleum and push it back, causing the bubbling and gapping and the linoleum Model# Dlr Sub Hrs 1.50 Sub

Pressing on the wall of the base, the wall has a lot of flexibility in the area with very little pressure can see past the floor edge, as if there is no base plate to support the paneling or the wall in this area. Remove floor batten strip. The wall panel in its entirety has to be removed to examine if there is a base plate or not in this particular area and make the repair. If there is no base plate, a base plate will have to be cut in place and squared to the room. Remove the 120 V wall plug remove the USB charger from the wall removed the entire sheet of paneling . Found the wall studs were not attached to the floor for the upper bedroom and one of the base plates for the paneling was cut about five or 6 inches too short and not attached to anything giving the wall a lot of movement Was able to screw the wall steps to the floor cut a new one by four and put it in place of the one by four that was cut short make sure the floor was clean underneath. The linoleum lay the linoleum back down even with the floors edge reattach the wall panel with the pneumatic, staple gun. Reattach the batten strip along the edge of the ceiling with a Brad nailer reattach the batten strip along the floor with a Brad nailer the inside corner mold was reattached with a Brad nailer, and the wall panel scene button was reattached for the Brad nailer all old and new nail holes, staple holes or puttied and cleaned, reattach the barn door rail to the ceiling re - hung the barn door, reattach the trim pieces on both sides to the ceiling seal the edge of the floor between the linoleum and the batten strip with clear silicone. The wall is now secure does not flex or move. This job is complete Model# Dlr Sub Hrs 2.50 Sub
