I used a multimeter and checked at the converter lugs on the fuse panel. What the voltage is and found that it goes up to 18 V for a matter of 5 to 8 seconds before it starts dropping back down. So the display on the solar controller from a high voltage and then resetting. I did talk to WFCO. They advised that the highest voltage you should ever get out of one of the converters is 14.6 V. So I checked the solar controller. So I pulled the controller and pulled the positive off the back of the solar controller from the solar panel and I was still getting an over voltage error at 18 V on the controller. The auto detect converter is gonna have to be replaced. Completed. Turned in old converter to Rhi. Job completed. Request 2.20
