Ran the slide in and out fully check the seals on the slide was fully extended it appeared to be sealed correctly on the inside ran the slide completely in or fully retracted And check the slide on the outside. The rear of the slide was touching at the top and appeared to be rubbing on the metal. The front was touching on the top and appeared to be rubbing on the metal however on the bottom there was more than a half an inch difference in the opening between front and rear on the bottom. Ran the slide out approximately halfway and begin the vertical adjustment process. I loosen the two three-quarter inch nuts on Each of the slide rails and then began the vertical adjustment to tip the top of the slide outward so that it will close correctly I was working them evenly I would stop tighten the bolts on the rails on the slide in and check to see if the top trim was still touching the side of the unit. While doing so I didnt notice on the front portion of the slide the black trim that goes over the D seal from about mid way to the top was bent inward Dramatically disappoint I made sure that my lines between the main body of the trailer in the slide room were even I had to make some adjustments to the front vertical position in order to even the slate lines out. And then straightened the outer trim from about midway through the top so that it actually sat square instead of chip in more and then examined the rear trim and noticed that it was also tipped inward And JOHNS, ERIK LYNN Customer #: 60130 straighten this portion to be square and then ran the slide in and out having to make one more adjustment on the front in order to get the lines more even from the main body of the trailer to the slide ran the slide in and out the slide room now goes in and seals correctly the trim pieces or no longer rubbing on the outside of the trailer.
