The shorted wire have to found behind the wall of the unit. It can cause a fire inside. Tech has to unscrew the compartments in the kitchen and besides the door opening. The fuse box has to be unscrewed and removed so the wires can be found. Once found the new wires need to be run back through the walls and connected to correctly to the fuse box and to the switch of the awning. All screws and compartments need to be replaced back to the factory location and installed. The awning wires also are attached to the lights of the unit. Request 8 hours Photos attached

Upon PDI and delivery awning was not working. The awning and internal lights were not Page 2 of 3 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *73090-1* working, the fuse was blown. The awning and internal lights are connected to the same fuse. Tech opened Promised Date: 21 AUG 26 W/O: 73090-1 the awning manually and disconnected the power plug and tested the power wire at that time the awning did retract and open. Tech then followed the awning wires to the wall outside wall of the entrance of the inside of the unit, the wires of the awning did work there is no pinched wires. The tech found that there is a short inside of the RV unit and still needs to find the short. This short not only affects the awning but the interior lights as well. Tech needs more time to find the short to ground wires inside of the RV unit. Tech has spent 4 hour on unit now. Request 8 hours Photos attached
