Verified customer concern. Found breaker on inverter was tripped. Reset breaker. Unit had good 12 V plugged in for two hours and let charge because voltage drop on 12 V circuit. 12.67 volts DC present. Reset breaker multiple times. Turned inverter on and checked the voltage output. No voltage noted on output wires. Performed hard reset by disconnecting all wires from unit. Lets set for 20 minutes and reconnected system. Reinitiated system and checked for voltage AC. None noted. Recommend replacing inverter. Removed and replaced inverter. tested inverter inverter functions as designed. Wiring had to be modified as new inverter had outlet plug and had to be wired into a molex plug. Reinstalled or removed P clamps and wire.
