Found the stop on the right side of the steps barely catches the door frame, if slammed up to hard the step will fall all the way through. Recommend removal and realignment of the step to prevent the step from fall through or past the door frame. Replace the panel. This panel could not be overlaid the bathroom door jam is a fitted door jam the panel has to be under the lip. Started by removing the door and striker plate total of 8 screws. Removed the batten along the ceiling, removed the outside corners on either side of the door, removed the panel completely. Removed numerous nails and staples from the trim and door jam Hammer and pulled all other nails and staples from the area where the panel and trim were. Opened the packing container for the new panel by removing 30 screws, Laid out the new panel and cut the new panel exactly like the piece removed. Stapled the new panel in place. Reinstalled the door jam and lined up all screw holes. Reinstalled the two outside corner molding and batten along the ceiling Puttied all new and old nail and staple holes. Reinstalled the bathroom door and striker plate. Checked the door for proper operation, working corrctly
