Remove and replace thermostat. *72592* New thermostat arrived Plugged the unit into shore power , opened the slide room Removed thermostat from the wall plate, unscrewed the wall plate , disconnected the old thermostat by unclipping the each wire Connected the new thermostat, turn on the propane Tested the air conditioner and fan settings, turned the thermostat to heat and the furnace would not turn on. Removed the cover from the air conditioner eroded each of the wire connectors to ensure the colors match from the ac control board to the thermostat which they did. Removed the access panel to the furnace and checked wiring connections Found the red and white wires were reversed . Switched he wires and the furnace turned on. Found the fan would run constantly but the burner would only run for about 3 seconds and turn off then relight and would do this constantly. Connected the thermostat wires together at the thermostat and the furnace come on and the burner would stay on . Checked the line pressure on the propane which was low at 10 WC, adjusted to 11 Started a new diagnostic job line Contacted colemack incident number 145776 ERIVES, JAVIER Customer #: 59783 Was told to check the voltage between red and blue which was 13.1 Checked the voltage between white and blue was 11.64 Was asked what the tag number was listed on the new thermostat was 9420-381 I was told this was the old thermostat the number should be 9420A381 Was asked where this came from and the shipping label was from Jayco Was told they would be sending a new thermostat which should arrive within 7 days. Closed the unit up waiting on
