Found on a separate job (work order #72414-2)of repairing the wall and having to take down cabinets prior to putting in the cabinets back up, tested the lights above the kitchen sink found it had no power. Checked the fuse panel found a burnt fuse and it was designated for the kitchen sink light monitor panel and water pump. Attempted to put a new fuse in and it immediately burnt the new fuse. Disconnected the light and attempted to put in another fuse and burnt the fuse again. Disconnected the water pump and attempted another fuse and it burned that fuse. Reset fuse link, plugged it into the socket, removed the control panel for the monitor panel and the access panel to the wiring on the backside disconnected the monitor panel. Attempted to use the resettable fuse and immediately bles the fuse. Took the cover off with the electric panel looked at the wires for that fuse bar found that there were three wires, two green and an orange disconnected. All three wired plug the resettable fuse back in and one wire at a time tested to see which one tripped the fuse. The orange wire was tripping the fuse. The green wires were *1000* not tripping the fuse. Connected the green wires back to the bar. The orange wire disconnected. Reconnected the light above the kitchen sink, fuse did not blow. Light worked. Reconnected the water pump, water pump worked did not blow the fuse. Reconnected the monitor panel. Check the monitor panel for functionality. The monitor panel was working on all aspects battery, freshwater, blackwater water giving correct readings. All components according to the face in the markings for the fuse bar now working. Began testing all 12 V systems in the unit to attempt to find what the orange wire was meant for. Tested all USB ports turned on every light in the unit. checked the compartment light. Lights tested the furnace verified. The water heater was working and the radio, cable TV booster all components were working and working correctly check the propane CO2. It was also operational could not find any component on the entire unit that this wire would be controlling with every 12 V working. Verified that the range hood was working, the fan was working. The light was working power to the stove and oven were both working, which is 12 V also ran the awning out checked the awning lights. Everything was working. Removed the entire electric panel out of the hole to trace the orange wire. Traceed the wire went straight up behind the pantry cabinet towards the ceiling. As far as I could reach could not find a junction box it sounded like the entire wire band went into the ceiling of the unit. Space is not large enough to look into to see exactly where the orange wire goes. Checked the garnish from the ceiling vent in the bathroom to check and see if it was pre-wire for a fan vent since this vent is not powered or has a fan built-in. Did not find any wiring related to the orange wire in the ceiling. Unable to locate the specific circuit that the orange wire goes to. The wire was removed from the electric panel. It was capped off behind the electric panel. The electric panel was reinstalled. Screwed back into place cover put back on. The monitor panel was put back into place, reinstalled, screwed back to the side of the cabinet. Verified that everything was completely connected plugged in properly reinstalled the access panel. This work is now complete. Requesting 1.5hr Page 1 of 2 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *72414-4* Promised Date: 30 JUN 26 W/O: 72414-4
