Leak at the seam. I sprayed the fabric with water and a drip started at the seam. I dried and cleaned the area and sealed around the seam on the top and bottom of the track. After the sealant dried i sprayed it with water again and the leak moved to a different spot. I cleaned and resealed along the whole length of the awning track. The a/c is low on coolant and needs replacement. I turned the a/c on and after 20 minutes the air coming out of the ducts is at 80 degrees. I pulled the assembly down and opened up the control box. I did an amp draw on the compressor wire and its at 06.50 amps. I tested the incoming and outgoing voltage and there is 110 and 12 volts. The whole a/c will have to be replaced because this style t-stat and control board are not compatible with the new units. I removed the old a/c and t-stat, installed the new ones and tested them.
