cause
pics taken of ac and thermostat checked voltage was good at thermostat and ac the thermostat is stuck at 77 degrees I did amp draw of 10.3 outside temperature 80 degrees air coming out of ac is 50 so I tryed a hard reset no change pulled down control board from ac and tested room sensor at the control board no ohms reading no resistance just no reading room temp to turn off ac needs new room sensor
