pics and measurements taken on door side slide what I found was on exterior roof leaking on that slide where the rubber meets the facia wood on interior the the metal trim piece that go across the slide to hold rubber down the screws pulled out allowing water in and leaking down the interior fascia wood and batten strip causing to swell and Crack will need a new a new slide rubber and slide decking also on inside of slide out will need 1 upper fascia board and 1 side fascia board 2 side trim boards that go around refrigerator 3 ich wide at least 70 inches long also two full batten strips and on lower of refrigerator will need 1 - 2 ich wide 1/2 thick goes for all trim work around refrigerator thickness possible 1_wall paneling board and 1_ ceiling panel **CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE NOTED THAT WATER INTRUSION WAS GETTING INTO REFER** Continued on page 2 PAGE 2 Work Order : 13754 ****************************************************************************** Job # Description JOB INFORMATION Type Bill To ******************************************************************************
