Wouldnt call it a crack at all, this is a hole in the material from a misaligned awning arm. During manufacturing someone shot a fastener through the wall in the wrong spot and filled it in with sealant. Poor workmanship

CMR states outdoor kitchen compartment door is bowed out. Put a straight edge on it and took pictures. Appears to bow out 1/4" inch in good conditions, seasonal changes will exacerbate the issue and make it more prominent. Suggest replacement through warranty. Warped door. I cut the sealant, pulled the screws and removed the door. I removed as much of the silicone as I could, but some of it would not come off. I puttied the new door, transferred the lock, and put the door on with new screws. To hide the old sealant lines, i taped off the door and went around it with black silicone. After I installed the cargo door, i noticed a slight imperfection in the paint. If the customer doesn't like it, we will have to re order the door.
