cause
Bad motor. I hit the switch to run the awning out and it will make noise but not move. I used the manual override to run the awning out part way, hit the switch again and the awning ran out. I inspected the wiring and everything looks good. I hit the switch to run the awning in and the awning will go about half of a rotation, stop and just make noise. I used the manual override again to run it in and the nut just spins and the motor doesn't move. I slowed my drill down and I got the awning to go in very slowly and once in a while the nut would just spin and the awning wouldn't move and then it would catch and keep running in. We will need a new motor and the fabric will have to be adjusted after the motor is installed. Continued on page 3 PAGE 3 Work Order : 13388

WARRANTY REPAIR 2 - screen door does not W 1020 GRAND lock to the main entrance door so you have to open both doors to get out.

cause
The screen door holder just go into plastic and foam and they can wiggle around and not hold the door properly. I lined up the door holder, backed the screws out one at a time and added adhesive to the threads to stop them from loosening up. After the adhesive dried I tried the doors and the screen door is staying attached. If the unit isn't level the doors won't operate correctly.
