cause
I ran the awning out and no part of the fabric it is sagging. I did notice that neither of the arms is completely closed at the top. I measured the distance between the arms on the top and bottom and they are the same. I took the set screws out of the fabric and tried adjusting it but it didn't help. I noticed that the light strip is tight against the tube and it doesn't look like the tube can roll up any tighter. We will have to see what the manufacturer suggests.

Faulty cargo door. The whole cargo door and THREE DECALS will have to be replaced. I cut the sealant around the door, removed the screws, and removed the door. I puttied the new door, put it in place, predrilled the screw holes, and secured the door. I attached the shocks, transferred the locks, and sealed around the door. I taped off the decals, cut the pieces I needed and put the decals on. We got two out of three decals. We still need the silver one. There is a small dent on the inside of the door that I noticed after installation. If the customer doesn't like it we will have to re-order it. install door side silver decal that over Lay's on storage door
