Frames on all larger RV's are chambered. Which means the frame is made with a bow in it. While performing Lippert's camber measurement procedure, no obvious signs of damaged frame were observed. Grease fire got out of control, burned through linoleum floor and into subfloor. Microwave is also compromised. Melted plastics on door panel and under control board. Highly recommend replacement of Microwave, along with exterior vent attached to microwave hood vent feature. Floor sheathing will need to be heavily sanded and patch compound applied in affected area requiring a large amount of time removing island, hyperextension of both opposing slides, pulling trim and any fixtures in contact with floor. Reassmebly of flooring, trims, slides and island. A very big job if done correctly. Recommend complete floor linoleum replacement. If we were to just patch the spot we would need a very large amount of the original linoleum, which we don't have and can't get. 55-65hrs. frame issue. frame is bent looking for W 1025 KEYST possible recommendations on repair and some jack issue. - cmr put a level on the floor and there is an obvious bow in the floor between the frame rails. but floor is soild. CMR STATES THAT THE UNIT IS NOT AN ISSUE FRONT TO BACK BUT THERE IS ISSUE FOR THE SIDE TO SIDE CAUSING THE FLOOR TO BUCKLE IN THE MIDDLE. THERE IS CRACKING IN THE FRONT COMPARTMENT AS WELL BELIEVES it is from the frame flex. would like further pictures taken to add to the warranty claim.
