@Bonnie K @ANNA F Hi! Can you verify which line the first part 822056118 belongs to? Also, GD has asked that we put the GD part number when claiming GD parts. Will you please update these part numbers, and make sure those are on the WO's moving forward? Thanks so much!

The remedy on line 1 says "make adjustments to entry door" on the GD claim. Do you have pictures and notes verifying the reason this was replaced? I can email GD to see if we can get that approved, but right now, it's approved for an adjustment only. Thanks!

@Ashlee O In the "cause" line it looks like they tried to adjust it but the hinges were bent which is what was making it hard to open and close the door was too damaged for just an adjustment to be the fix.

Thanks for that clarification. When the original PA was done, those notes were not included. I have updated the GD notes with the current 3C's and will let you know what they say. Thank you!

This has been in pending status since 4/30/24 and will be denied after 30 days. **Line 1 - denied for part cost of complete entry door - remedy says make adjustments - not replace door. RY 4/30/24 **Please double check parts claimed. If possible, please add part #'s from GDRV invoices so parts and parts cost match. Thank you. RY 4/30/24
