In a part plugged into shore power went to the refrigerator to look for the error code being displayed no error code found freezer temperature set at 04 refrigerator temperature set at 34. No error code soon after approximately 30 minutes of being unplugged into shore power, the refrigerator already felt as if it was cooling and the freezer was also cooling well allowing to set plugged in and check the refrigerator periodically for proper operation Let the unit setting during the entire day, put water in the refrigerator compartment, and the freezer compartment and cups when I went back to check the refrigerator it did have FFER code that code is directly related to the fan. The water in the freezer compartment, didnt even get below 40. Did remove all the shelving out of the freezer and pulled the fan out disconnected it brought it in the shop tried to test the fan with an outside 12 V source to see if the fan would come on the fan never came on Also did a hard reset on the refrigerator by removing all power to the refrigerator for 15 minutes restored *50038* power to the refrigerator plug the fan back into the refrigerator and it did not come on Recommendation replacement of the fan photo attached of the fan and the refrigerator label 2.00HRS

@Brian P Can you send the serial number for job 1? I only have the model number. Also, I just want to let you know that flat rate for the fan is only .3, just don't want you to be surprised if they knock it down quite a bit.

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: RO 73984, PA 2809393 / Lippert case 7141534.
The latest sidebar approval allows 1.0 hour to remove and replace freezer fan assembly 2025064211 / C-FCR16DCASA-064 and explicitly says no part return is required. That resolves the earlier warning about a possible 0.3-hour allowance; the RO's 2.0-hour request is not the approved amount. The authorization also says it does not automatically issue the replacement, so confirm the actual order and receipt through the stated manufacturer process.
I opened all six original photos individually. The Furrion model FCR16DCASA-SS and serial 10001847956082400051 are readable in the existing labels, resolving the earlier request for a serial number. The removed fan photo identifies the assembly, while the RO documents the later FFER error, poor freezer cooling, a failed external 12V fan test, and no recovery after the reset. The missing closure is actual fan replacement plus dated fan operation, both-compartment temperature results after a stated run time, and no recurring error.
The front black-valve extension/handle remains described as awaiting parts. The rear gray-valve handle is already recorded complete with part 11-0583, and its before/after photos support that correction; do not repeat that repair. I found explicit approval for the fan, but no explicit separate approval for jobs 2 and 3 in the current sidebar. Reconcile their coverage and allowances before including them in the final claim.
Learning: use the latest written approval, recognize supplied identification and completed work, and distinguish authorization from parts fulfillment and final payment. Retain the completed RO and final submission/payment reference when available; neither final invoice nor payment proof is present here. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
